  • Managers in the CRM system are authorized through two-step verification with a phone code (2FA) or a code to the corporate mail.
  • Contact data of clients in the general table is blurred to protect from screenshots of screens and transfer to third parties.
  • Contacts of a lead are also hidden with asterisks to protect them from being copied and transferred to third parties.
  • An internal logging system is also in place, which logs all actions in the system and makes it available to the system administrator, allowing them to track any changes and restore the sequence of events.
  • Additionally, the ability to export data is blocked, and access to information and sections can be restricted by role and personally.
